Disclaimer
Wise Choice Lending LLC (WCL) provides referral services for unsecured personal loans and debt relief programs. All loan requests submitted through Wise Choice Lending are funded by a third party.
Wise Choice Lending has no control over the credit worthiness eligibility criteria of participating third-party lenders. Typically, all individuals applying for credit must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and have a valid bank account and Social Security Number/FEIN. APR/Interest rates are subject to variation depending on applicant qualifications and individual lender terms. All loan applications will be subject to credit review and approval, and WCL is not responsible for approving loans or determining the loan amount. Any mutually agreed upon loan agreement will clearly identify the lender along with their contact information and all on-going communication will be direct between the lender and borrower.
Wise Choice Financial has no control over the rates and fees charged by lending partners, and urges borrowers to review the associated terms before accepting or declining an offer. Borrowers are not obligated to accept any offer and can cancel the process at any time. Wise Choice Lending cannot be held accountable for any charges or terms presented by a lending partner, and is not responsible for any agreement between the borrower and the lender. By using the service, borrowers authorize WCL to make inquiries and obtain information to evaluate eligibility, including credit reports, income verification, and employer contact. Identification information and credit experience information may also be provided to others in accordance with applicable law. Lending partner terms may vary, and not all applicants will be chosen or approved for a loan. If an applicant is not chosen by a lending partner, they may be presented with alternative options or their information may be offered to third-party advertisers and generators. Any of the information that you read on this website may be changed at any time without any prior notice. We can not guarantee that your submitted information will be provided to a lending partner or that a lending partner will approve you for a loan. Loans offered by lending partners are expensive forms of credit intended for short-term financing to solve immediate financial needs. WCL does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, or ancestry. Upon completion of a successful debt relief program, clients who pay all monthly deposits are expected to pay approximately 55% of their enrolled balances. Fees, which can range from 15% to 25% of the balance at the start of the program, are calculated as a percentage of the balance. Programs may last from 12 to 48 months. Before a settlement offer is made, clients may be required to save between 40% and 50% of their balances for each enrolled creditor. The first payment is usually received 4-6 months after enrollment, and subsequent payments are typically received every 3-6 months after the first balance is satisfied. Not all clients complete the program. Estimates may not reflect an individual's results and are based on past performance. The company does not take over balances, make regular payments to creditors, or provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting, legal, or credit repair advice or services. State-specific fees may apply and the program may not be available in all states. Using balance services may negatively affect a person's credit score. Creditors or collectors may file lawsuits or attempt to collect debts. Fees and interest may increase the outstanding balance. Clients may leave the program at any time without incurring fees and can receive all the money in their dedicated account, minus any money the company has earned or fees paid to third-party service providers, as applicable. Before enrolling, clients should read and understand all program materials. Enrollment is not allowed for certain balances, and some creditors may not be eligible for registration because the company does not negotiate with certain organizations. The company does not make performance guarantees, such as that balances will be reduced by a certain amount or percentage or that a client will be free of balances within a specific period. The company does not discriminate on the basis of ancestry, national origin, marital status, gender, race, color, or religion. Testimonials reflect the opinions of the people who provided them and may not represent their entire experiences. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, you will be asked for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow the lender to identify you. You may also be asked to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
